MAIL PROCESSING AND MANAGEMENT BUSINESS UNIT
N E V A-POST is the software application that is designed to
process mail and deliver it to the end user. The following is a summary of its main
features:
- Client/Server design.
- The Mail processor provider can use this sturcture to deliever the mail to the
customer desktop, or provide ASP MAIL services to the customer.
- Integration with Microsoft Outlook to create a central application to manage both
electronic mail and snail mail.
- Powerful workflow and security engine that provides managers with the tools to
control the flow and monitoring mail status at any point in the workflow process.
- Extensive reporting facility to generate reports on mail processing activities,
and chain of custody monitoring.
